Our commitment is to provide excellent and specialized service of interior carpentry design to residential home builders in our region. This includes installation of kitchen cabinets, along with supplying and installing railing parts to our builders, using the finest wood and supplies around. Our service is started and completed in a timely manner.

Ray Deiter contracted his first job of interior trim carpentry in Reading, Pennsylvania in 1973, along with entering into ministry at the New Providence Mennonite Church. Six years later he became ordained as the pastor while continuing to work full time in residential housing. It wasn’t until 1983, that Ray decided to hire his first employee to train and also to help grow his business.

By 1992 Ray made a major decision to become a full time pastor in a new church. He also sold his interior trim carpentry business to Clinton Frank, who had worked for Ray for six years. At the age of 24, Clinton took over the business with four men, knowing that it was going to be a challenging venture he could accomplish with the Lord’s help. Today Creative Carpentry Trim Crew has over twenty developments serving several builders in the area. Their main office and warehouse is located on Willow Street in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.

The success of the company is attributed to utilizing Biblical principles in every business decision that is made. Joined with an excellent team from the office, to the dedicated men working on the job sites, the company success can also be contributed to having the right people in the proper positions as in line with their God given talents.
